I'm spending this weekend sober, I'm on call for work until the 22nd so this should be interesting. I'm gonna hit up madrone tonight for drip drop, bcause is djing so it should be fun. A few other things going down but saturday is looking like a bust.



Friday gonna start off with stef's happy hour party, Spindig and then hit Milk for the Reggae Under Raps cd release party.



as for saturday I don't know what I want to do, some 30 year old rappers are having a show, but it's at poleng and I don't really give a fuck about checking what tre and fatlip are up to right now. well maybe fatlip but dealing with poleng? I'll pass



club6ix is having some all female dj night saturday so yeah shitty sound and a special guest appearance from Mystic, remember her? Yeah she's crap. I like pam the funkstress but not enough to sit through some headwrap shit full of muffled bass.



Oh fucking hiphop chess is going down saturday too, yeah maybe I should go to that so I can laugh at a bunch of nerds who repeatedly read of behold a pale horse because rappers told them too. Hiphop Chess Federation, are you fucking kidding me? This is some star trek of rap shit. Wutang fans + martial arts + chess = A Bunch of nerd shit.
