Ok so I just got back from SXSW so you know I had to fuck with some Torchy’s. Decided to holler at the Crossroads which is smoked brisket, onions, cilantro, jack cheese and avocado. You’ll have to excuse the flagrant foul of a flour tortilla but dumbass didn’t ask me and considering the shape I was in that morning I just didn’t care to swap it out. Anyways yeah that brisket was legit, way better than the garbage the idiots who stand in line for Ironside were throwing down.
This joint is their Ace Of Spades, the taco of the month. I know it looks like a pile of disaster but goddamn this motherfucker works. It’s another fucking flour tortilla, stuffed with a grilled jalapeno sausage, smoked brisket, fried egg on top, shredded cheese, green chili queso, cilantro, queso fresco, sour cream and their diablo hot sauce. Basically it was a whole lot of get right.
