Oh how I wish truckstop was still around. They were a group that rose from the ashes of the almighty New Kingdom. It was Sebastian and Scotty Hard’s project with some other dudes. All that ever came out of it was an EP that I have but man it was some dope shit. Slow banging distortion is my shit.
New Kingdom were so ahead of their time. Dudes where making this crazy shit in 1990, still doing it in early 00’s. I don’t know what they are doing now. last I heard Nosaj was still doing the Nature Boy Jim Kelly stuff in 09 but these days I don’t know. Hope they keep at it though, dudes got that style down so hard.
